Janitorial Services – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
DU-COMM is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to deliver daily cleaning services for our mission-critical 24/7/365 emergency communications center in Wheaton, Illinois. The selected contractor will support a secure, approximately 34,000-square-foot facility that serves 45 public safety agencies and more than 930,000 residents throughout DuPage County and neighboring communities.
DU-COMM is particularly interested in firms with experience maintaining specialty environments, including raised access flooring systems with underfloor electrical infrastructure, and a demonstrated commitment to OSHA-compliant cleaning practices. Services will include daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning responsibilities throughout administrative offices, conference rooms, fitness areas, employee spaces, and the 9-1-1 operations center.
