SUMMARY:Janitorial Services - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
DESCRIPTION:DU-COMM is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to deliver daily cleaning services for our mission-critical 24/7/365 emergency communications center in Wheaton\, Illinois. The selected contractor will support a secure\, approximately 34\,000-square-foot facility that serves 45 public safety agencies and more than 930\,000 residents throughout DuPage County and neighboring communities. \nDU-COMM is particularly interested in firms with experience maintaining specialty environments\, including raised access flooring systems with underfloor electrical infrastructure\, and a demonstrated commitment to OSHA-compliant cleaning practices.
